CCS Access Sig

This is one of the several CCS Sigs which meet monthly throughout the Chicagoland area. Beginners and experienced computer users get a chance to meet and share experiences, ideas, problems, and challenges.

Note: After June 23, 2003 meeting, meetings will no longer be at the Arlington Heights Historical Society.
In the mean time we will skip meetings until we find an alternative meeting facility.

The CCS meeting times and locations may vary throughout the year. All CCS meetings are open to the general public; guests are always welcome.

Directions:

The Arlington Heights Historical Society is located across from the Arlington Heights Public Library at Vail and Fremont streets. Vail is the 3rd street west of Arlington Heights Road and Fremont is a short street between Eastman and Euclid on the west side of the library. (See the map attachment.)

Parking is available across the street from the historical society in LOT "S". Enter on Vail Street just South of Fremont. After 5 PM the lot is FREE for historical society attendees.

The historical society has a cluster of buildings with the Museum Store at 110 West Fremont Street. Enter on the right side of the building, through the iron gate and to the rear, past the old water pump. The wheel chair accessible Founders Room is our new home

As always, our meetings are "free form" lead by myself, with a discussion of current computer news; a chance for attendees to bring in their Microsoft Access problems or questions; a show and tell about attendees database projects; an educational session on using Access for beginners; an educational session for advanced Access users; and much more. Sometimes we have guest presenters and giveaways.
