Sept. 22, 2001 at Prairie State College, in Chicago Heights, IL. Major VendorsMajor vendors of the industry will have products on display that will be of major interest to you. Product DemonstrationsEach hour throughout the day, you will be able to visit a different vendor’s presentation and learn how his product might relate to you and your computer needs at home or on the job. In addition to the demonstrations, other vendors will be on hand to answer your specific questions regarding their products.
PrizesThere will be a door prize drawing each hour at the end of every product demonstration. There will also be a Grand Prize Drawing at the end of the day. Lunch Included in Admission FeeYour free lunch ticket is good in the main cafeteria from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Membership Rate ReductionsAny present Chicago Computer Society member who renews their membership at the Mini-Expo, may do so at a $5.00 reduction in the annual membership fee. There will also be a $5.00 reduction in the annual membership fee for any non-member who joins the Chicago Computer Society during the Exposition. Pre-Registration Admission ReductionPre-register and save a dollar. The Admission fee for those who pre-register is $4.00. The Cut Off Date for pre-registration is Saturday September 15, 2001. Fun Day for the Whole FamilyComputer enthusiasts from all around the Chicago area and elsewhere will be in attendance and this will be a great opportunity for you and your whole family to meet new friends and future helpers. Parking: Park in Lot D (walk up paved incline to entrance) which is at the north end of campus. There is handicap parking in Lot B (no incline or steps) which is located right off the west entrance of the auditorium. This parking is very limited and is first come, first serve.
