It will be held in Chicago
Heights, at Prairie State College on Saturday September 15th,
2007 from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Cost is $15.00 if you
pre-register, or $20.00 at the door. This cost also
includes lunch provided by CCS. It is a great expo to
learn, network, and win free prizes. There are numerous
prizes, with the top prize being a laptop. That's right a
LAPTOP!!!! With registration you automatically receive 2
tickets to get a chance at winning a prize, and if you register
before September 10th you will receive 2 extra raffle
tickets, so you will have a total of four chances to win!!
Come and join us on this day for this wonderful event.
Assistive
Technology Exchange Network (ATEN), will hold a computer drive
from 8 AM till Noon for the drop off of old computers and
equipment (or medical equipment and devices). Contributors will
receive a receipt for tax purposes. An area of the parking lot
will be needed to allow for this activity. At noon ATEN will load
up their truck or van with the donated items and take them back to
their Infinitec site in Tinley Park for refurbishing and/or proper
disposal. Even items not usable will be disposed of properly to
avoid land fill contamination.
